OSM PEOPLE - The worldwide people finder. Our business is to find the right people for land-based jobs - and also some special offshore positions on global basis.
OSM PEOPLE is a company within the Norwegian based OSM GROUP with more than 6.000 employees at sea, on offshore units and land-based offices in 19 countries. This global network give us an advantage in finding the right people for our customers.
But for OSM it is not primarily about quantity - neither the number of offices nor the number of people employed. It is first of all a matter of quality - about people. It’s all about people!
Out two business areas are:
- Personnel for hire
- Selection
Within personnel for hire we have the following specialist areas: Engineering, Industry, Offshore, Technical Maritime, Building and Construction, Economy and Administration.
Within selection we are focusing on middle and top management positions and specialist positions.
