Our established network of offices abroad, with their own recruitment departments is our supplier of foreign workforce to the industry.
OSM Group has an established quality assurance of workforce that we are also using for our landbased operations.
Permanent employment in Norway is through our OSM People Norway AS- and settled conditions regarding taxes, tariff, and social security is a matter of course.
